White Ball kundalini

Postby Hermes » Thu Oct 03, 2013 8:17 pm

White ball ! :) Can be found in Joel Duez "Memphis Misraim Arcana Arcanorum" book(legaly published), taught as a technique of the 89° Memphis Misraim.

It is as follows, in 3 steps(being advised to proceed 6 months the first one, then 6 months the 2nd, and so on).

1.inhale downwards-exhale upwards
2.inhale upwards-exhale downwards
3.inhale upwards, while activating one by one all the chakras and reaching maximum expansion, becoming the whole and beyond- exhale, downwards, while activating one by one all the chakras downwards, reaching maximum contraction, becoming the tiniest point possible.

Sorry for the sum up and approximative translation. The key points are clear though. I find interesting this simple way of describing the 3rd part. This direct continuity of the chakras, the expansion/contraction, and Nuit-Hadit. Nice simple image to work the Kundalini.

The technique reminds me of the Middle Pillar ritual.
There is only one verse,
sung in infinite ways.
-
"Here!"
I come or came?
I sung!
To seeD the Way
-
God sings,
WE experience:
THE UNIVERSE!

I would suggest changing it slightly. Why inhale-up the inhale down in the same 10 second.
When I was doing this daily, I would prefer to stick to the one energy flow for say 10 mins- then change.

Meanwhile stick to active chakra work with this prana work.

OH and through an LBR before and after will help in several ways.

10minutes... thanks for the advice :)

I also vary "sets" and "reps" just like they do in bodybuilding.

Yes its great combining it with rituals... each help the other tremendously

Just from the very basic ritual and this its surprising how many things can be practiced and learned. While drilling over and over and changing minor details great secrets and powers may be revealed.
