Do you really think it's dead, though? If so, why?
This forum may be inactive (and it's been a long while since I've seen Jim comment here), but it doesn't mean that Thelema itself is dead.

I agree.
Perhaps he meant that Thelema is dying, in the sense that the amount of Thelemites is decreasing - and in that case, I would like to see proof for that, because it is quite difficult to know the religious philosophy of every man and every woman on the planet.

Hey, you guys see that new TV show Strange Angel? It's about Jack Parsons and Thelema. Of course, it's (****) and has nothing to do with reality, but it was hilarious to see Crowley on CBS. Thelema is never born and never dies.

Aw, this show Strange Angel had to turn Thelema into a sex thing. I guess self-unrealization is too boring for TV.

This Strange Angel show actually turned out to be pretty good. They show Crowley from behind in the finale, shooting heroin of course.
