The body can produce all sorts of sensations for all sorts of reasons after these activities, but I think we need more clarifying information. (It's hard to assess over a forum without more information.)
Can you describe this more precisely? Specifically: "anxious" is a label (an interpretation) that doesn't actually describe the physical sensation you had. Could you please describe this in terms of physical sensation, i.e., what kind of sensation (pleasure, pain, pressure, etc.), it's exact location (including size of area), intensity, duration, etc.?
Also, since you used the word "anxious," were there mental or emotional states occurring with this (as distinguished from whatever worried state you had once you noticed the sensations)?
If there were both specific physical and specific psychological states, can you tell which one occurred first?
