Liber LXV, Cap. III, v. 27
27. If I say Come up upon the mountains! the celestial waters flow at my word. But thou art the Water beyond the waters.
"Write, & find ecstasy in writing! Work, & be our bed in working! Thrill with the joy of life & death! Ah! thy death shall be lovely: whoso seeth it shall be glad. Thy death shall be the seal of the promise of our age long love. Come! lift up thine heart & rejoice! We are one; we are none."

The celestial waters = from Above; the divine ecstasy is easily invoked by will; the image associates of ATU XII and also XVII.
Adonai is Unity at the core of, and base of, and behind, all the particular manifold ecstatic experiences.
