18. Burn upon their brows, o splendrous serpent!
19. O azure-lidded woman, bend upon them!
"Write, & find ecstasy in writing! Work, & be our bed in working! Thrill with the joy of life & death! Ah! thy death shall be lovely: whoso seeth it shall be glad. Thy death shall be the seal of the promise of our age long love. Come! lift up thine heart & rejoice! We are one; we are none."

These words seem to be spoken by the prophet, in the manner of "Fiat LVX" or "Let it be so!". It refers to the Thelemic couples (to each Beast & Scarlet Woman conjoined): let their Will be accomplished!
